PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat module for a two-wheeler, capable of lessening man-hours for assembling, lightening components, and materializing a low cost, by modularizing a cowl and a sitting seat by integrally molding them. SOLUTION: This seat module 10 for the two wheeler is formed by integrally molding the sitting seat 12 on the cowl 11, and the cowl 11 is provided with a side wall 11a covering a body from both sides, a sitting seat disposing part 11b provided between the side walls 11a, and a groove part 14 formed by bending the peripheral part 11c of the sitting seat disposing part 11b so as to form an almost U-shaped cross section. The sitting seat 12 is provided with a cushioning material 12c mounted on the sitting seat disposing part 11b, and the skin material 12d to coat the cushioning material 12c, and the end part 12e of the skin material 12d is fixed by being held by the groove part 14.
