PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flexible rubber joint capable of sharply reducing a cost required for executing a cut and cover tunnel while exhibiting the excellent cut-off function, a connecting structure of an underground structure using this joint, and an execution method of the underground structure. SOLUTION: This flexible rubber joint 10 has, for example, an almost inverse U-shaped curved part 11, a pair of flange parts 14 integrally connecting the opening ends 12 of the curved part 11, and fixed in a cross-sectional almost V shape by sandwiching the curved part 11, and a bottom part 20 integrally installed between both opening ends 12 of the curved part, and partitioning a space 13, and an angleθformed by the pair of flange parts 14 is set in a range of 60 to 140 deg.. While, this connecting structure of the underground structure is obtained in such a way that a presser plate 23 and an anchor bolt 24 are arranged in the flange parts 14, a connecting metal fitting and an interval holding material are installed, and after erecting the flexible rubber joint 10 in a connecting part of a box body, concrete is placed in the connecting part while using the reverse 16 of the flange parts also as a part of a form.
