PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a living environment and increase durability in an existing building. SOLUTION: A floor is demolished and removed so that a ground 34 is exposed with structural bodies left as they are, and a depurator is sprayed on the exposed ground to form a soil improved layer. A mixture formed of natural ceramics and carbon is sprayed on the soil improved layer to form a banking layer 38 and a crushed stone layer 40. Ceramics carbon is laid down and water binding is performed. Then, a floor concrete layer 42 is formed of a concrete mixed with ceramics carbon, and a concrete mixed with ceramics carbon is placed to form a far infrared radiation storage layer 46. Thus, the purification of the structures and moisture proof effect can be obtained by the far infrared radiation released from the ceramics carbon to increase a durability. In addition, the air inside a habitable room can be purified and the physical functions can be activated by the far infrared radiation released from the far infrared radiation storage layer.
