PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high performance electret processed article of high quality at a low cost. SOLUTION: High pressure water W is transmitted through a non-conductive sheet S from one surface thereof to the other surface thereof to be infiltered into the non-conductive sheet S and, subsequently, the impregnated non- conductive sheet S is dried to manufacture the electret processed article.
