PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface sheet for an absorptive article with an excellent texture provided with the surface characteristics of less frictional stimulation to the skin for hardly causing skin troubles such as an itch and a rash even while maintaining a macro surface structure capable of quickly absorbing especially highly viscous excreta among urine (soft excrement) and blood containing stimulating materials without leaving it on a surface. SOLUTION: This surface sheet for the absorptive article, recessed and projected shapes are formed on the side of the surface to be abutted to the skin at the time of being put on.
