PURPOSE: A method for creating and using a 3-dimensional avatar in a mobile phone is provided to create a 3-dimensional avatar using a mobile phone and to transmit it to a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A user photographs a 2-dimensional image through a camera installed in a mobile phone and inputs it to a 3-dimensional image creation part(701). An avatar control part controls the 3-dimensional image creation part and creates a 3-dimensional image through the inputted 2-dimensional image and the personal information, figure information and style information stored in a database(703). If the user selects and inputs a desired design through an input part, the avatar control part creates the selected design through a design creation part(705). The avatar control part combines the 3-dimensional image information created at the 3-dimensional image creation part with the design created at the design creation part and creates the final 3-dimensional avatar through a 3-dimensional avatar creation part(707). |
