PURPOSE: A method and a system for sending an electronic written notice and processing payment are provided to enable a user to receive a written notice and perform a payment regardless of time or place by transmitting written notice information rapidly and exactly using a wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of written notice issuing systems(101) transmits written notice data collected for a predetermined period through a communication network in a bundle. A written notice transmission system(102) stores transmitted various kinds of written notice data and transmits written notice information using a wireless communication network as a character message or a wireless E-mail form. A wireless communication terminal(103) stores received written notice information, displays the information on a screen, performs a payment, and stores/outputs a payment result. A payment system(104) processes payment information transmitted from the wireless communication terminal(103), transmits payment information to a financial system, and transmits payment approval information received from the financial system to the wireless communication terminal(103) using a character message or a wireless E-mail.
