PURPOSE: A bookstand is provided to use the space of a desk efficiently by installing partitions with an inclination of the regular angles and to improve the structure of the bookstand not to interfere movements of a user with the arranged books. CONSTITUTION: The book stand includes a body(10), a support(11), a supporting board(12), partitions(13), a storage place(14) and a side wall(15). The support(11) has the fixed width and length to support books. The supporting board(12) is fixed to the support(11) and forms the rear. The partitions(13) are formed on the support(11) and are fixed on the support(11) or the supporting board(12). And the partitions(13) have an inclination of 30-60 deg. The support(11) of the body(10) is the rectangle type and the partitions are installed along the direction of the length of that support(1) and the side wall(15) is installed on the both spaces left after installation of the partitions(13). The storage place(14) has the triangular space and the upper side of the storage place(14) is opened.
