PURPOSE: An air feeding/exhausting pipe used in a heating system is provided to improve the stability of an article by preventing water, such as rain, from penetrating into the heating system through an air feeding hole and an air exhausting hole. CONSTITUTION: An air feeding/exhausting pipe includes an air exhausting pipe(55) connected to a heat exchanger so as to exhaust gas, and an air feeding pipe(51) connected to a burner and spaced from the air exhausting pipe(55) so as to feed air required for combustion. The air exhausting pipe(55) has a cylindrical shape and extends from a rear side of a heater so as to be exposed towards an exterior of a partition(5). A plurality of exhaust holes(56) are formed in an exposed portion of the air exhausting pipe(55). The air feeding pipe(51) passes through the partition(5) and has a length shorter than a length of the air exhausting pipe(55).
