PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of masks used when forming the organic electroluminescence display device. CONSTITUTION: An insulation substrate transmits a light. A plurality of signal lines(50) are arranged at an upper surface of the insulation substrate in a matrix form. Pixels(100) are formed at crossing areas of the plurality of signal lines(50). A data voltage is applied to data lines(30). Power apply lines(40) are formed parallel to the data lines(30). The power apply lines(40) apply power during driving an organic electroluminescence display device. Gate lines(20) cross the data lines(30) and the power apply lines(40) and apply a TFT on/off signal. Pixels(100) are formed between the data lines(30) and the power apply lines(40). Two TFTs(110,130) are formed at an inside of each pixel(100).
