SUBSTANCE: the method describes myotomy of long, short and great adductor muscles, cross- sectional myotomy of thigh' broad fascia and tendon part of iliotibial tract in anterior, external and posterior departments, intersection of fibrous cords in anterior portion of gluteus medius muscle, myotomy of subspinal muscles and iliopsoas muscle followed by intertrochanter detorsion-valgusing osteotomy of a thigh bone.
