<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting automatically a board of an arbitrary shape is provided to automatize a cutting process for the board by using CAD(Computer-Aided Design) data. CONSTITUTION: A computer(30) extracts coordinates from CAD data, performs an aligning process in a cutting order, a shaft of a cutting head portion(70), and calibrate an offset of a cutter. An image sense portion(50) detects a shape of a processing object(10), processes image information by an image processing portion(60), outputs the processes image information to a monitor(90). A rotary table(20) is used for loading the processing object(10) having an align mark(100). A table drive portion(40) is used for moving the rotary table(20) to an X-axis or a Y-axis according to a programmed control signal. The cutter is adhered to a cutting head portion(70). A cutting head drive portion(80) is used for moving the cutter.</p> |
