PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of concrete structure reinforcer, microbial polysaccharides, by using an unsterilized fermentor in construction fields, which enables to supply microbial polysaccharides in a low cost and improve strength and quality of concrete products. CONSTITUTION: The production method of concrete structure reinforcer is as follows: preparing raw materials of microbial polysaccharides by mixing raw sugar, microbes, phosphoric acid, and minerals; culturing microbes of polysaccharides by increasing microbes concentration and minimizing N-source; producing microbial polysaccharides by fermenting in an unsterilized fermentor sparging air.
