AGGREGATE CRUSHING/ASSORTING METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION WASTE

PURPOSE: Provided is an aggregate crushing/assorting method of construction waste which can assort recyclable aggregate and extraneous matter to reduce the manufacturing cost of recyclable aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) first crushing of construction waste by crusher; (S2) removing of extraneous matter of construction waste by hand; (S3) assorting/discharge of residual soil of which size is below 8mm by metallic wire mesh of which size is 8mm; (S4) assorting/discharge of aggregate of which size is 8 to 25mm by metallic wire mesh of which size is 8mm from the aggregate which can't pass the wire mesh; (S5) assorting/discharge of aggregate of which size is 25 to 40mm from the aggregate which can't pass metallic wire mesh of which size is 25mm; (S6) gathering/discharge of extraneous matter which is contained in aggregate of which size is over 40mm; (S7) second crushing of aggregate of which size is over 40mm; (S8) removing of metals/nonferrous metals by hand; (S9) assorting/discharge of powdered limestone of which size is below 8mm; (S10) assorting/discharge of aggregate of which size is 8 to 25 mm; and (S11) assorting/discharge of aggregate of which size is 25 to 40mm.
