PURPOSE: A variable air vent louver for automobile using thermo camera is provided to control direction of air toward lower parts or facial parts of passengers simultaneously or selectively. CONSTITUTION: A variable working part(30) is formed in front of an air vent louver(10) to control wind direction, vertically divided, by control electronic control unit(20) receiving distribution of body temperature of passengers detected by a thermo camera(21). The electronic control unit receives distribution of body temperature, indoor temperature of a vehicle and input signal of a mode detective sensor(23) to drive an actuator of the variable working part.
