PURPOSE: Provided is a golf exercise system which controls the direction of a stool all directions including diagonal by golfers' operation so that it enables to display a variety of curved situations in a golf exercise site and maximize exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: The golf exercise system comprises the parts of: a body(10) which includes a frame(11) and the stool(12) with artificial lawn prepared; a support member(20) which supports the middle part of the stool from the frame; four gear boxes(30)(40)(50)(60) which include an elevator screw(31)(41)(51)(61) to support the stool, a warm wheel to be matched to the elevator screw and a warm gear to be matched to the warm wheel for elevating the elevator screw; a first rotation axis(70) which is combined with the warm gear of two warm boxes(30)(40); a second rotation axis(80) which is combined with the warm gear of two warm boxes(50)(60); a first and a second geared motor(91)(92) which are placed at one side of the first and the second rotation axis to rotate the first and the second rotation axis forwardly; and a control panel(100) which includes plural directional switches(101) to control the geared motor and operate the slide direction of the stool.
