PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing financial affairs using a network are provided to enable a member to manage financial affairs of a property easily by performing a financial management as an evaluation, an enlarging method, and a keeping of a property through a network. CONSTITUTION: In a network system connected to a network terminal of a network user, a plurality of bank servers(11), a plurality of security corporation servers(12), and a CP(Contents Provider) corporation server(13) for performing a financial management, a web provision unit(110) charges an interface to the network terminal and performs a log-in process, a supply of various kinds of web pages, a member management function, a cyber household account book supply function, and a property information supply function of a member. A financial managing unit(120) charges an interface with the bank servers(11), the security corporation server(12), and the CP corporation server(13), receives property movement information from the bank server(11), receives the current stock state information from the security corporation server(12), receives the current real estate state information from the CP corporation server(13), and performs a classification and management. A property database has a predetermined memory area allocated according to members, stores property information of a member per each memory area, and supplies the store information to a web page by the web provision unit(110). A property clinic unit(130) performs an analysis function with respect to a property of a member using information stored in the property database, and performs a clinic of a property of a member. |
