PENETRATING DEVICE OF FOAMING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A continuous penetrating of a foaming material is carried out by a penetrating device, and the cut chips are discharged automatically. CONSTITUTION: A penetrating device of a foaming material comprises a cam(1) moving up and down. A mold(2) is formed in lower part of the cam storing vacuum pressure inside. A blade(3) is formed in lower part of the mold to cut a hole of a certain size. A suction motor(9) is connected to the inside of the mold by a hose(7) to generate vacuum pressure. A cyclone(10) is attached to the suction motor to collect chip cut by the blade. An inputting port(4) and a roller are provided to transfer the foaming material to the penetrating device.
