PURPOSE: A device for heating a microwave oven is provided to rapidly cook by concentrating heat of a heater on a food through plural reflecting plates rotationally mounted between the heater and the food. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven heater comprises a cavity(51) receiving a food by being mounted on an inner panel(50); an outer panel(60) assembled on an outer portion of the inner panel; a heater body(70) arranged between the inner panel and the outer panel; a main reflecting plate(72) reflecting heat on the food by being installed on the heater body; first and second auxiliary reflecting plates(76,78) arranged between the heater body and the food; a blower(80) circulating inner air of the cavity; an air through hole(74) heat exchanging by passing the air; a heater hole(52) formed on the inner panel; a blowing hole(54) supplying the air of the cavity into the heater hole; an air guiding unit(56) cooking the food by circulating the air of the cavity; and a control unit controlling operation of first and second motors. Thereby, the microwave oven heater rapidly cooks the food by concentrating the heat through plural reflecting plates.
