PURPOSE: An exhaust air-circulating vacuum cleaner is provided to absorb and remove a foreign material of a lateral area by increasing a suction force of the lateral area. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust air circulating vacuum cleaner comprises a suction head(21), an exhaust air circulating pipe(36), an ejector nozzle portion(41), and an ejector chamber(43) in order to increase a suction force of a lateral area. The first and the second suction ports are formed at a bottom area of the suction head. The exhaust air-circulating pipe circulates a part of fluid discharged from a suction fan. The ejector nozzle portion is formed at an end portion of the exhaust air-circulating pipe. The ejector chamber is formed at a circumference portion of the ejector nozzle. The ejector chamber is connected to one end of the first suction nozzle, and an absorbing side of the ejector chamber is connected at the second suction nozzle.
