SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stoppers and plugs mainly designed for stopping holes in vehicle body panels and made from synthetic material, particularly, from thermoelastic materials, proposed blank plug has body 4 with cylindrical surface overlapped in top part by base 5 changing over perimeter into sealing lip 6 opposite to which locking ring 7 is found formed by inner bead 9 and outer bead 10 and made over perimeter of outer surface of body 4, and stiffening members 8 arranged inside body 4. Stiffening members 8 are made on inner surface 14 of base 5 in form of radial plates increasing in height h in direction towards central axis L of blank plug 1, length of each plate corresponding to radius of base 5. Purpose of invention is to create reusable blank plug of increased rigidly which can be fitted in at any stage of conveyor assembling. EFFECT: provision of reliable hydraulic insulation of hole even after heat treatment with subsequent painting. 5 cl, 4 dwg
