PURPOSE: An engine mounting having a heat-resistant cover for a vehicle is provided to prevent the degradation of the elasticity and durability of vibroisolating rubber by preventing the transmission of heat from an exhaust manifold via a heat-resistant cover. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting(20) includes a body(22), fixing brackets(24) for fixing the body to an engine bracket(11) and a chassis bracket(12), and a heat-resistant cover(26). The fixing brackets have fixing bolts fixed on the upper and lower faces of the body. The fixing brackets are connected with the engine bracket and the chassis bracket. The heat-resistant cover is placed to cover the body. Preferably, the cover is made from EPDM(Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Terpolymers) rubber. The cover has reinforcing ribs for reinforcing the stiffness of the cover have vent holes formed on a skirt portion of the cover. The heat passing through an exhaust manifold(14) is insulated by the cover. Therefore, the hardening of the rubber due to the heat is avoided.
