PURPOSE: A rotation preventing structure of a vehicle strut mounting is provided to conveniently assemble the strut mounting into a vehicle body by preventing the rotation of the strut mounting with a rotation preventing tool, thereby improving the assembling work of the strut mounting. CONSTITUTION: In a rotation preventing structure of a vehicle strut mounting, a strut mounting(10) is formed with a cross-shaped insertion groove(12) on a top surface, and a rotation preventing element(40) is coupled with the strut mounting and a damper coupling nut, wherein the rotation preventing element has a cross-shaped fitting wing(41) to be fitted in the cross-shaped insertion groove, and a nut groove(42) formed on an inner lower part to be coupled with the damper coupling nut at an upper end of a damper rod.
