PURPOSE: A construction method of a continuous preflex composite bridge using an ascent and a descent is provided to induce compressive stress effectively. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a continuous preflex composite bridge using an ascent and a descent comprises the steps of: connecting many preflex beams(1) on one spot of right and left sides of a pier within a negative moment section except a bridge seat of a pier(11); installing one or more hydraulic jacks(12) on the appointed spot of the negative moment section; ascending the hydraulic jack(12); placing floor concrete and web concrete(6) of the negative moment section at the state of ascending the hydraulic jack(12); descending the ascended hydraulic jack(12); and placing floor concrete and web concrete(6) of the left section and lower casing concrete(5) of a joint.
