PURPOSE: A device for preventing a vehicle parked on a slope from being pushed back is provided to operate an air chamber and a braking unit connected to a magnetic valve by controlling the magnetic valve by an engine control unit according to the signals output from various sensors. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a vehicle parked on a slope from being pushed back includes an air compressor(15) connected to a vehicle engine for generating air, an air tank(14) connected to the air compressor, a magnetic valve(8) connected to the air tank and an engine control unit(9) for controlling the air supply with respect to an air chamber(29), the air chamber being connected to the magnetic valve and mounted with a rod(28) elastically supported by a compression spring(30), a cable assembly(23) mounted between the rod of the air chamber and a brake lever(22), a braking unit having a brake drum(20), a brake band(21) and the brake lever, an inclination sensor(10) for outputting a signal representing the inclination angle of the vehicle, a weight sensor(11) for outputting a signal representing whether the existence of passengers is in the vehicle, a foot brake(12) for outputting a signal representing whether a brake is in operation, an output sensor(13) for outputting a signal representing whether an output shaft is rotating, and the engine control unit for controlling the magnetic valve according the signals of the sensors.
