Arched stent (1) and method therefore for insertion in a lumen of a vessel of a living being, comprising: a form of a stent in cylindrical shape with a specified virtual thickness of the wall of the constructive elements and containing two thin relatively rigid longitudinal strips (2), located opposite each other along the stent cylindrical surface, that fasten the circles (3) along the said stent length, the said circles each have primarily six weak windings, the spread of a curvilinear angle of which on the expanded stent cylindrical surface is produced with a possibility of its increasing up to 170 degrees upon the additional stent opening for a value of the 14 % order.
