<p>A method for the treatment of pain, in particular antinociceptive or anti-allodynic treatment of pain, in a patient in need of such treatment, e.g. a patient with osteoporosis or osteopenia, a tumour patient or a patient suffering from an inflammatory disease, which comprises administering an effective amount of a bisphosphonate, e.g. zoledronic acid or salts or hydrates thereof, to the patient.</p> |
