OUTDOOR SASH STRUCTURE HAVING LOWER FRAME WITH FLAT UPPER SURFACE

An outdoor sash structure having a lower frame with flat upper structure capable of eliminating a projected rail and a step in access direction from the upper surface of a sash lower frame, providing an excellent draining capability for rain water with a wind pressure by a barrier-free structure formed generally flat, and increasing a water-tightness against indoor leaked water, comprising a sealing means installed between a sash and the lower frame so that a seal part is pressed when the wind pressure is applied onto the sash from the outdoor side, water drainage grooves (11a, 11b) provided in the flat upper surface of the lower frame and water collecting recessed parts (12a, 12b) having a width larger than that of the water drainage grooves provided just below the water drainage grooves, recessed water drainage ports provided at the bottom parts of the water collecting recessed parts, guide hollow parts (13) for guiding rain water to the outdoor provided just below the recessed water drainage ports, outdoor water drainage ports provided on the outdoor side of the guide hollow parts, and the water collecting recessed parts and the guide hollow parts allowed to communicate with the outside air, wherein, as the seal means, slide pieces (51a, 61a) should desirably be installed on the indoor side-wall of a sash lower frame member, and lateral tight materials (14a, 14b) should desirably be installed between the side-wall and the indoor side side-wall of a lower frame recessed part.
