Utilizing augmented reality-based technologies to provide situation-related assistance to a skilled operator from remote experts. The invention relates to a system for, and a method of, utilizing expert knowledge at a remote location, wherein information data, for example in the form of video images, are transmitted by means of augmented-reality means from a first location occupied by a skilled operator to a remote expert at a second location, and wherein the remote expert transmits additional information data in the form of augmented-reality information to the skilled operator at the first location.
