<p>The invention relates to a medicament for preventing or treating human papilloma virus type 18 (HPV-18)-specific tumors. The medicament contains at least one fusion protein consisting of at least one L1 protein and of at least one E protein of one or more HPV-18 and, optionally, contains appropriate additives and/or auxiliary agents. The invention is characterized in that the fusion protein is an L1 DELTA CE7x-y fusion protein, whereby x is an integer ranging from 1 to and inclusive of 3, and y is an integer ranging from 61 to 64, in particular, from 62 to 64, mainly, 62 or 64.</p> |
