Stent (I), in particular in the form of a coronary stent comprising a tubular body which is expandable from a first state into a second state and at least one wall section consisting of a human or animal tissue possessing sufficient elasticity, is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a catheter for implantation of (I); and (2) producing (I) by cultivating the human or animal tissue cells.
