A convertible clinical chair/table apparatus for allowing patients to easily and conveniently get in and out of the clinical chair. The convertible clinical chair/table apparatus includes a wheel assembly; and also includes a seat assembly including first and second frame members; and further includes a backrest assembly being pivotally attached to the seat assembly; and also includes a footrest member being pivotally attached to the seat assembly; and further includes an armrest assembly being detachably mounted to the seat assembly; and also includes a seat lift assembly being mounted to the seat assembly.
