The present invention is an external magnetic-type speaker apparatus having a magnetic circuit that is provided with a yoke having a center pole, ring-shaped magnet and plate, and where this magnetic circuit and the edge of a vibrating plate are attached to a support frame. Moreover, ventilation holes are formed in the side surface of the support frame for allowing air inside the apparatus to escape.
