Subjective assessments and objective responses of the person in reaction to supplied auditory stimuli, are recorded. Responses and assessments are combined and evaluated automatically. The auditory stimulus instrument is adjusted automatically for matching. The stages are repeated until a criterion is reached, so optimizing instrument settings.
