The glide elements (9, 10) for helical springs (4-7) of a torsional damper of a two-mass flywheel consists of a basis polymer, carbon fibers and a solid lubricant differing from the carbon fibers. The percentage by weight of the carbon fibers lies between 10 and 50, while that of the solid lubricant is at most equal to 30.
