<p>A composite ice confectionery article such as layered ice cake or a coated frozen stick-bar is made by co-extrusion of aerated ice confectionery (1) and biscuit-like mass (4), wherein the biscuit-like mass is liquid and pumpable at a temperature of 15 °C and above and has a biscuit-like consistency on storage and consumption and is plastic at ice cream extrusion temperature.</p> |
