<p>The invention concerns a method for making an implantable composition capable of physiologically stimulating cells containing substances. Said method is characterised in that it consists in fixing a non-enzymatic activator on a sterile biopolymer matrix, in dehydrating said matrix by freeze-drying and, for its preparation for use, in re-hydrating in vitro the matrix by contacting it with a hydrating medium consisting of a plasma rich in platelets so as to being about, by contacting the solubilised cell activator with the cells contained in the hydrating medium, the release by said cells of active substance(s), and an adsorption on said matrix of active substance(s) to load said matrix with active substance before implantation. The invention is useful for making a composition for treating lesions.</p> |
