<p>An apparatus, method and a process for preparing a three dimensional foodstuff, more preferably a biscuit spoon (3), wherein a suitable dough composition is prepared and inserted into a mould (1) for forming the desired shape, the mould (1) having a first body portion (4) with a first cavity (5) for moulding one portion of the biscuit spoon (3), and a second body portion with a second cavity shaped to mould the other portion of the spoon (3). Once moulded, the dough can be partially baked to form a set biscuit spoon (3) that can be removed and fully baked on a suitable tray, or removed and baked on suitable trays. The invention further includes a process for the baking of a three dimensional foodstuff requiring precise baking conditions and a suitable dough composition to maintain the desired shape of foodstuff.</p> |
