An outer and an inner ring (2, 3) can be rotated in opposite directions around a rotation axis (1) and accommodate the absorbing elements in the space (13) formed between them. When the rings (2, 3) are rotated a friction surface (14) located at a friction body (4) is pressed against a spring element (11) fixed to the inner surface of both rings (2, 3) resulting in the deformation of the outer wall (7, 28) of a fluid chamber (5). The fluid is pressed into a compensating area (6) through a bore (8) provided at a rigid vertically positioned plate (8).
