Problems: To provide a polyamide-type flame-retardant composition for powder coating showing little discoloration and uniform performance without spoiling surface property, appearance and adhesion to substrate. Solution: Polyamide-type flame-retardant composition for powder coating consisting mainly of polyamide, characterized in that at least one compound selected from a group of melamine type compounds having a particle size of higher than 10 mu m but lower than 100 mu m as flame retardant.
