PURPOSE: A circuit for correcting a level of a voice subscriber signal in a transmission system is provided to improve speech quality by judging a voice signal level of an object voice subscriber according to a set reference level, correcting the voice signal level according to the judged result, and preventing call process failure generated according to the change of the voice signal level. CONSTITUTION: A signal level comparing unit(3) compares a voltage level of a voice subscriber signal received through a transmission path with set reference voltages. A signal level judging unit(4) judges a comparing signal outputted by the signal level comparing unit(3) and outputs a control signal for determining whether a voice subscriber signal level is corrected. A subscriber signal selecting unit(5) outputs a currently inputted voice subscriber signal to a primary subscriber signal process circuit unit(1) according to a normal selection control signal of the signal level judging unit(4). A signal correcting unit(6) corrects the currently inputted voice subscriber signal at a set uniform signal level according to a correction selection control signal of the signal level judging unit(4) and outputs the corrected voice subscriber signal to the primary subscriber signal process circuit unit(1).
