TRIODE RECTIFIER SWITCH

PURPOSE: A triode rectifier switch is provided to improve an electric characteristic of the triode rectifier switch by reducing off-current due to reduction of self-leakage current. CONSTITUTION: The first diode(D1) is connected with a data signal line. The second diode(D2) is connected with a display pixel as a load stage. A bias resistance(R1) is connected with anode stages of the first and the second diodes(D1,D2). A switch signal line is connected with the bias resistance(R1). A reset line is connected with the display pixel through the third diode(D3). The fourth diode(D4) is directly connected with the second diode(D2) in order to reduce the off-current of the display pixel. The third diode(D3) is connected with the reset line. The fifth diode(D5) is connected with the third diode(D3) or one or more diode is connected with the data line.
