PURPOSE: A device for covering a blank space between a gate and a floor is provided to rotate a cover arm with respect to pins by torsion springs to spread forward while contacting a middle gate, thereby covering the blank space and preventing the inserting of cargos into the gap. CONSTITUTION: A device for covering a blank space between a gate and a floor includes a floor mounting base(1) formed with two adjacent hinges(5,6) in the middle and hinges(7,8) at both ends, a blank cover arm(2) formed with pivots inserted to the hinges in the middle part of the base, cover-movement preventing torsion springs(3) mounted to both ends of the cover arm, and pins(4) penetrating the hinges at both ends of the base for mounting the cover arm to the base, wherein the black gap between a rear deck floor and a middle gate when the middle gate is opened and the spring is supported by the base at an end and the cover arm at the other end.
