PURPOSE: A flush lever operating-connecting device for a toilet bowl is provided, which can be used easily and safely by using a foot without touching a flush lever with hands. CONSTITUTION: The flush lever operating-connecting device for a toilet bowl comprises a hanging ring(11) formed on the lower part of a cap-type fitter(10), a fixing hole(12) and a fixing bolt(13) formed on one upper side, a connecting bar(20) coupled with the hanging ring(11) and provided with connecting rings(21a,21b) on both sides of the connecting bar(20), and a foothold(30) coupled with the connecting bar(20) and provided with a hanging ring(31) connected with the connecting ring(21b) of the connecting bar(20).
