METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING AND USING TICKET

PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing and using a ticket are provided to offer the ticket to a user by using a PDS and to use the provided ticket at an existing position. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an information terminal(110), a ticket issuer(120), a ticket server(130), a database(140) and a ticket certification/entrance processor(150). The information terminal such as a cellular phone, a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), an HPC(Handheld PC) and a notebook PC includes a storage(111) and a processor(112) connecting to the storage. The storage stores the information relating to the issued ticket and the processor transmits the ticket information stored in the storage to the ticket certification/entrance processor. The ticket server includes a storage(121) storing a program to control the processor and a processor(122) connecting to the storage. The processor requests the ticket information to the ticket server and checks a communication protocol of the information terminal after receiving the ticket information from the ticket server. The ticket information is transmitted to the information terminal after converting into the corresponding communication protocol.
