PURPOSE: A system for supporting an on-line customer by storing a personal information card at a central server is provided to increase the management efficiency of the customer support information by enabling a customer and a company to share the latest contents of the personal information card and confirm the information alternation contents stored in the personal information card in real time. CONSTITUTION: The user registers to a homepage of the customer support service provider as a member in order to use the on-line customer support system. If the logging in customer selects a company as a target to write the personal information card, the basic information of the customer is inputted to the personal information card of the company. If the user writes and stores a question and interview content to the personal information card, the card is confirmed as a new card in the personal information card status management of the selected company. The company confirmed the personal information card written by the customer writes and stores an answer and other content corresponding to the contents of the personal information card.
