CREDIT CARD HAVING ILLEGAL USE PREVENTION FUNCTION AND READING METHOD

PURPOSE: A credit card having an illegal use prevention function and a reading method are provided to prevent a financial loss of a credit card possessor by preventing the illegal use occurred by a missing/robbery accident. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of display part(24a¯24d) displaying a reading direction of a magnetic stripe(22a,22b) is respectively formed on a front face of the credit card and a card number, an expire month/year and an English name is recorded on the front face. Two magnetic stripes to discriminate the identification information such as a resident registration number are respectively formed on a back face of the credit card and stores the identification information and a secrete number respectively or simultaneously. A reading order of the magnetic stripes is set by the possessor when the credit card is issued and an approval of the credit card use is obtained by reading the credit card according to the reading order.
