PURPOSE: A vehicle door regulator is provided to improve the lifting and lowering performance of a window glass by assembling of the window glass after the window glass is precisely secured. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle door regulator includes a main arm(1), and a guide rail(2) rotatably coupled with the main arm for securing a window glass(G), wherein the main arm has a holding shoulder in the vicinity of the guide rail for restraining the rotation of the guide rail in a free state before the window glass is secured to the guide rail, thereby keeping the guide rail in a fixed state.
