PURPOSE: Provided is a ball throwing device for the successive batting practice, which can supply balls regularly and can throw the balls accurately with a fixed force and speed. CONSTITUTION: The ball throwing device contains a plain gear(7) having teeth(7a) on the part of the plain gear(7), an operation plain gear(8) contact with the teeth(7a) of the plain gear(7), a ball throwing bar(11) rotated backward by the counter rotation of the operation plain gear(8) and applying counter elastic force to coil springs(12)(12a) by the rotation of the ball throwing bar(11), the coil springs(12)(12a) applying elasticity restoring force to the ball throwing bar(11), wherein the ball throwing bar(11) hits a supplied ball(22) when the ball throwing bar(11) returns momently after applying the elasticity restoring force to the ball throwing bar(11) and the ball(22) is thrown along a guide rail at a fixed angle, and a stopper(15) for intercepting rear balls(22) placed in a supply channel(20).
