PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a pedal of a vehicle is provided to enhance the driving convenience of drivers by enabling a driver to adjust the height of the pedal using a simple method in which an electric switch as an operating switch is operated and a movable pedal plate is raised or lowered. CONSTITUTION: A movable pedal plate(1) is provided on the upper side of a slope plate(102) of a pedal(104). A plurality of operating links(3) link together the movable pedal plate(1) and the slope plate(102) via hinges(11). An arched gear portion(9) is formed at one end of the operating links(3). A motor(5) is provided with a worm gear(7), which engages the arched gear portion(9). An operating switch(13) is provided to apply electric power to the motor(5).
